Gnoss (silent G!) – Orkney
From Orkney, Graham was a student of Douglas Montgomery and Aidan is a self-taught guitarist and Scots singer. First year students on the Scottish Music course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Both played as part of Orcadian band Broken Strings and recently we’ve been performing with various acts at home in Orkney, including alongside the singer Jo Philby as her band, but recently gigged as a duo.

Norcumbrians – North England
The Norcumbrians are a newly formed folk band based around the north of England. The band come from a variety of different musical backgrounds which when put together, create a very unique sound.

Pappa Shandy & The Drams
Papa Shandy & the Drams are a Bluegrass, folk, Celtic, rock band from Glasgow’s south side who have been kicking up a storm gigging around Scotland for the last couple of years and gaining a mighty fan base . One CD under their belt, they are currently working on another one at the moment for release later in the year. Listen Again

Bobby Nicholson– Edinburgh
Bobby is a well known singer-songwriter in Edinburgh. He has been gigging extensively throughout his home town as well as around festival. He makes up the other half of Rantum Scantum and has various recordings on bancamp and Youtube.

Matt Scott – Glasgow
Matt is singer-songwriter with a debut EP ‘’Stairway Songs: From Hillfoot Avenue Rutherglen”. He has played at the Glasgow City Chambers at the award night for Frankie Miller back in November. Giggs extensively around Glasgow and has his music on Soundcloud.
