Iain is a mandolinist and guitarist living in Glasgow with a strong passion for folk music Tom is an established pianist on the UK jazz scene and an occasional accordion dabbler

Band started in 2008 their fresh and lively approach to Celtic Music is innovative, incorporates many ethnic styles and appeals to large audiences. Alison McNeill was a semi- finalist in the YTMA in 2012.The band are in the process of recording thier second CD

 

 

Liondsaidh Mitchell – Isle of Lewis
Liondsaidh Mitchell is a traditional Gaidulig singer/songwriter from the Isle of Lewis staying in Glasgow, a Mod gold medallist as well as a semi-finalist in th YTMA. She takes her music forward in w twist of blue grass and country undertones

A graduate of Newcastle ‘ Folk and Traditional Music’ and from Plockton ‘National Centre of Excellence’ brings a mixture from Cajun, Blues and Rock to homely Gaelic airs  showing the versatility of the accordion

Clare Robertson and Pauline Vallance formed in Withes Brew in November 2012 – both coming from a rich traditions of Scotland and  Ireland  with their voices , harp, flute and guitar.
